Thread Title : Public Notices

Quick question about the latest Public Notices:

I see Locknar and Tricky have posted in Public Notices.  Does this mean that mods now have suspension superpowers or does it simply mean they can write public notices too?

I ask because as long as I've been here, only Darat, Lisa Simpson and Jeff Wagg post there.

There has been no, zero, none, nada, zippo, zilch, etc. change in terms of Suspension "superpowers";  Mods have always had the ability to post in the Public Notices area but typically do not.  

It was simply a Mod helping out in posting a notice of something that had already taken place - nothing more.
