I see Profanz has been suspended for 3 months.
 
That is 1/4 of a whole year.  Seems to be not worth it to me.
 
Why not just ban a member?  Its almost like teasing..if you ask me.

That is the first time I have seen a public notice saying a person has been suspended for more than one month. I have read most of the public notices.

Although my memory is not perfect, I'm sure I've seen suggestions that longer suspensions be tried before the ban-hammer falls.  Maybe the admins are trying something that has been suggested by members.
