If a post or series of posts is just a derail, we'll usually try to find a place for it. Though I didn't rule on this, it looks to me like the first post is an invitation to incivility, and I agree with whoever actioned it by sending it to AAH. 
 
We have plenty of fights here that are on topic. I see no reason to move an off-topic post like this to a place where it can start another.
